AKTON Recruitmetn is working closely with the local authirities and wea re looking for a Senior Business Support Officer in the Haringey area. 3 - 6 months contract.

Role Purpose:
To Support expert business support on complex issues with Residential Building Safety ensuring the delivery of an effective and efficient service within required timescale and in line with cooperate and service policies and operating guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

To work in partnership with colleagues in Fire and Asbestos to ensure any risk, issues or opportunities are identified and quickly addressed.
To champion continuous improvement within business support to ensure that the Fire and Asbestos compliance is as efficient as possible.
Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

StronQ written and verbal communication skills
StronQ problem solvinQ skills
Experience of supporting change and efficiency initiatives
Experience of providing excellent business support functions, ideally in a complex and reQulated environment
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
Ability to maintain complex information, recording and filing systems (manual and computerised)
Ability to enter, collate, compile and distribute information (including statistical data) consistently and effectively using a variety of methods best suited to
meetinQ client outcomes
Experience of respondinQ to complex enquiries
Ability to provide advice and coaching on business support functions and key service information and policies
Ability to and experience of keeping up to date with key service and policy information and changes
