Essential Requirements of a HR Manager

* Strong experience in generalist HR roles, with exposure to a variety of HR functions.

* In-depth knowledge of compensation, benefits, and reward management.

* Experience working in or exposure to manufacturing.

* 5-7 Years minimum experience within HR roles

* Ability to demonstrate leadership in HR practices and navigate complex employee relations situations.

* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7) or equivalent HR certification.
