Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

* Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable solutions in market or operational risk.

* Maintain a hands-on approach with development, working with .NET Core, Angular, and SQL.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and ensure technical excellence.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Technical Lead or equivalent leadership role.

* Strong background in market risk or operational risk within the financial sector.

* Expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and SQL.

* Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with senior stakeholders.

* Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical contributions.
