Salary: £100-£130 per day

Time Plan are working with a thriving and inclusive learning community dedicated to providing excellent education and fostering a positive environment for both students and staff. We are currently seeking a Cover Supervisor / Unqualifed Teacher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and confident in leading a classroom independently when the regular teacher is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-set lesson plans and effectively manage the classroom in the absence of the class teacher.
Ensure a positive and conducive learning environment where students are motivated and engaged.
Maintain control of the classroom, addressing any behavioral issues in line with the school's policies.
Provide support and guidance to students to help them stay on task with the lesson objectives.
Work collaboratively with other teaching staff and support staff to ensure a smooth running of the school day.
Carry out any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the school.

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience as a cover supervisor, teaching assistant, or in an educational setting is preferred.
A strong, confident presence in the classroom with the ability to manage student behaviour effectively.
Ability to follow and deliver lesson plans prepared by the class teacher.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both students and staff.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subject areas and year groups.
A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in education and the learning process.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., a degree or teaching qualification)
