Due to a huge expansion plan, they’re now able to recruit a Sales Manager to look after and direct several internal teams within the business.
Key Responsibilities:

* Lead by example, leveraging your successful sales leadership experience to set the standard for excellence.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and tactics effectively.

* Mentor and inspire their Sales Team, empowering them to achieve their highest potential.

The Candidate:
* Demonstrable retack record of managing internal B2B sales teams within a target driven environment
* Ability to commute to Peterborough 5 days per week
* Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry, offering valuable insights and strategic benefits
* Skilled at adjusting to changing market dynamics, maintaining a competitive edge
* Exceptional strategic vision and leadership abilities to propel the team to remarkable achievements.
