JOB TITLE - Primary School Teacher

About The School

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Primary School Teacher to teach at one of our Primary schools over in Andover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young students, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with diverse learning needs.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student success.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, field trips, and special events.

Location - Andover
Position - Primary School Teacher
Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary
Full time/part time - Full time
Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £120 per day
Hours - 8:30 am - 4pm, plus parents evenings

To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 yearsOther
