Maintenance Contract Support
We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance contract support to join our team in South Kensington.
* This is a predominantly Monday to Friday role
* 37.5 hours per week.
* Weekly pay
* Accrue holiday pay
Key Responsibilities: -
* To Provide administrative support for the maintenance team
* Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and appointments
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and contracts
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to maintenance activities Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in administrative support or similar role
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and maintenance management software (planon)
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
