Commercial Property Surveyor – Full-Time

Location: Chesterfield (Hybrid, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm) Salary: £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Summary: Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Surveyor to join our client's dynamic team. This role involves providing expert advice on commercial property matters, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiations.

Perform property surveys and maintain accurate records.

*

Upsell property management services.

*

Deliver exceptional customer service and perform administrative tasks.

*

Collaborate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of property issues.

*

Prepare detailed reports and present findings.

*

Manage and expand a portfolio of commercial properties.

*

Provide market intelligence and strategic advice.

*

Collaborate with legal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Experience:

*

Proven experience in property management or commercial property surveying.

*

Strong knowledge of property law, market trends, and regulations.

*

Proficiency in property management software (Veco preferred) and MS Office.

*

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

*

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

*

Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (RICS accreditation preferred).
