Remuneration: £30,000 - £32,000 + £3,000 bonus

The role of the Project Coordinator – Roofing & Waterproofing Systems will involve:

* Project Coordinator position dealing with a high quality range of roofing and waterproofing systems

* Acting as the central point of contact internally and externally with clients and suppliers

* Agreeing commercial terms on all orders and ensure order paperwork has necessary information

* Scheduling deliveries of orders and liaising with clients to ensure dates are appropriate

* Uploading new orders onto internal systems

* Raising invoices as and when required

The ideal applicant will be a Project Coordinator – Roofing & Waterproofing Systems with:

* Must have project coordination / management or associated experience

* Experience in the construction industry ideal, any roofing experience highly beneficial

* Other job roles considered: Service Coordinator, Hire Desk Controller, Office Administrator, Commercial Coordinator

* High levels of organisation with the ability to manage diary

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* ITliterate (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, SAGE, CRM)

* Logical thinker, strong numerical background, problem solver

* Ability to work autonomously
