Purpose
As a Sales Advisor in our busy flagship Glasgow store, you will work with your team to deliver 5-star service to all customers, and drive sales performance of the store.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Welcoming, approaching and engaging with customers to to create a 5-star experience in the showroom for everyone
* Confidently use sales skills and upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities, while keeping in line with the needs of our customers
* Accurately and efficiently processing orders and estimates, ensuring relevant follow-up as required
* Promoting company products and offering knowledgeable advice to customers.
* Working with your team to achieve showroom and company targets and objectives.
* Supporting your team to maintain company standards for ticketing, displays, and cleanliness throughout your showroom.
Person Specification
You are an experienced salesperson with a passion for retail and customer service. You confidently build rapport with customers and have strong in-person sales skills from your previous roles. A keen eye for detail and a drive to succeed mean you work with your team to maintain the highest standards and drive sales performance.
Bathroom sales experience would be preferable but if you're the right person, we'll teach you all you need to know!
Please note, this is a full time position working 5 out of 7 days per week, with weekend working required.
