Draughtsperson

£35k - £40k plus package

I’m currently recruiting for a Draughtsperson to work for a large contractor on the new Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff.

Our client will be responsible for the design, construction, financing and maintenance of the new Velindre Cancer Centre, a new leading cancer hospital that will meet the highest quality standards in terms of sustainability and innovation. This new centre, which will have a gross external area of 60,000 sqm.

The client are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

* Ideally resides locally to the area and happy to work on site

* Knowledge of Revit

* AutoCAD experience

* Strong communication & organisational skills

* Experienced at reading and interpreting Structural Engineer & Architect drawings

* Able to work under pressure to meet required timescales.

* Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, word etc

* Willingness to do overtime to meet project deadlines

* Previous experience in a similar environment
