M4 Recruitment are working behalf of a Distribution client in Reading, M4 Recruitment are seeking Warehouse Operative for an immediate start in a temporary to permanent position.

As a Warehouse Operative, your main duties and responsibilities would be as follows:

* Reporting to the Warehouse Manager

* Replenishing shelves

* Following company process

* Stock take procedures

* Adherence to company Health & Safety policy

* Picking and packing goods as directed in timely fashion

* Loading and unloading vehicles

* To inform direct supervisor/manager of any problems that may occur

This role requires someone reliable and hard-working who is prepared to commit permanently.

Please note this role involves heavy lifting.

The client is offering:

To be a successful applicant for this position Warehouse Operative, you will be required to have the following skills / experiences;

* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues

* The ability to follow detailed processes to ensure the Health and Safety procedures are followed.

* Be comfortable working with a wide range of people and have the ability to be a good ambassador for the contract and business in all interactions.

Desirable: Previous experience of working in a Warehouse / Industrial environment
