Do you have a natural ability to build a rapport with potential customers as a B2B Internal Sales professional? My client has a great opportunity to join its growing team as a Customer Account Manager. You’ll be great on the telephone and be used to email, social media and video calling.
Job duties of the Customer Account Manager are to:
* Use cold calling methods to win new business
* Regularly contact existing customers
* Highlight new opportunities and identify any lost business
* Competently negotiate with new and existing clients
Skills and experience required for the Customer Account Manager are:
* Proven track record in achieving targets
* Good IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and ERP systems
* Good relationship builder
* Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
