Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Repairs Planning Manager to join our Scheduling team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to be accountable for work order performance within Property Services by overseeing and optimising repairs work for direct teams and contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

* Overall management of scheduling to ensure we optimise schedules to minimise travel time, by rationalising the geographic route of operatives and ordering materials for delivery at right place and right time.

* Leading and managing the Scheduling team to ensure that repairs jobs, resources and projects are scheduled accurately.

* Communicate positively, effectively and in a timely manner with internal and external customers to ensure that they are always kept informed and that queries are responded to in a timely manner.

* Ensure that projects are seen through to their end, coordinating the operatives across the trades to ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

* Knowledge of housing management and scheduling IT systems.

* Demonstratable track record of successfully leading and developing a fast-paced team, including undertaking performance management duties.

* Good knowledge of modern technology and IT, including bespoke systems.

* Effective verbal and written communicator across all levels of the organisation and community.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
