Our Client is looking for an empathetic Customer Account Manager – someone who can work with Customers who individual and specialist needs, whilst also understanding that we also need to work to close the sale.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER (SALES)

* Basic Salary of c £25,000 – £27,000

* Annual Bonus of c £1,200

* Hybrid working after probation

* 35 hour working week

* 25 days hols / bank hols

* Regular Company Socials

* On Site Car Parking

The main element of your role will be to promote the benefits of Products – the Sales enquires will come via;

* Incoming Telephone Calls

* Google

* Word of Mouth Recommendations

* Marketing Campaigns

Elements you will need to bring:

* You will need to have a background across Customer Service and Sales – and be experienced in closing a Sale

* Strong communication skills and be able to communicate internally with Design and Manufacturing Teams and externally with Customers / Schools / NHS and Private Medical professionals.

* Full training will be given across the Product Range – you just need to bring a passion for delivering excellent Sales Support and Customer Service
