The Company

A main contractor who specialise in the commercial office fit out and refurbishment space. Capable of undertaking anything from a fast-track £2m commercial Cat A fit out to a major £60m+ heavy cut & carve.

The Role

Senior QS to work on their flagship scheme - a circa £60m commercial office refurbishment and fit out located in the City. Reporting back to a Divisional Commercial Director (who will be based on site maybe 2-3 days a week), and managing a team of Project and Assistant Surveyors.

PCSA begins Dec 2024 and runs into early 2025. Full possession of the site won't be until mid 2025 but early discovery works and enabling works can commence beforehand.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working for Main Contractor, leading similar project (ideally anything £25/30m+)

* 2-Stage tender experience would be preferred

* QS-related Degree/Qualification

The Salary

In return our client are willing to offer a salary ranging between £80,000 - £100,000 + Travel Expenses (cost of your monthly ticket from your local station to London and all relevant zones reimbursed each month) + private healthcare, pension and bonus (up to 12% of salary)
