The Senior Marketing Manager Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join the UK’s largest creative community of artists and home of cultural innovation. You will work with the Head of Marketing & Audiences to lead and execute our clients marketing strategies, driving brand growth and business performance. The Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels both online and offline, managing budgets, and leading a team.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager:

* Develop and implement audience first marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, marketing share and revenue growth with both our existing audiences and prospective growth audiences

* Identify and monitor full funnel marketing mix strategies to build integrated, engaging consumer-first brand experiences that grow our clients market share

* Plan multi-channel marketing campaigns for their events calendar and key moments across digital, email, content, and traditional media

* Lead and mentor a small team of marketeers in a way that balances creativity and effectiveness

* Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

* Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI

* Ensure all of the creative and content teams are fully onboarded to strategies so that all of our content supports who we are trying to be as a brand

* Manage and report on marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact

* Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies, vendors and media outlets, to amplify marketing efforts

The ideal Senior Marketing Manager will have:

* Experience in the same or similar role

* Experience not only selling to a customer, but providing value to real people through online and offline channels

* Solid understanding of brand strategy and how culture shapes a brand

* Highly entrepreneurial – autonomy strategic thinking and collaboration are critical to drive our clients brand

* A growth mindset – eager to improve our ways of working and passionate about continuously upskilling yourself and your team

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies within a range of budgets

* Excellent leadership and management skills

* Deep understanding of consumer trends and insights

* Passionate about arts and culture and how the sector challenges old ways of thinking and reshapes society
