We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join our team, with the opportunity for a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Role Overview:

As an Early Career Teacher, you will have the chance to begin your teaching career in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our pupils, developing engaging lesson plans, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and school initiatives
Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunitiesRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status by September 2024
Strong passion for teaching and commitment to pupil development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
