Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Location: Dorking

Salary: £25,000 (OTE c£35,000)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the lettings team in the Dorking branch of this regional real estate agency and consultancy.

The Company

This company is a well established regional multi-disciplinary property consultancy with multiple offices across Surrey. They offer a range of services such as sales & lettings, town planning, rural surveying, estate management, acquisitions, lease & rent renewals, valuations and more, across residential and commercial properties in the surrounding counties.

The role will require

* Manage enquiries promptly

* Register potential tenants and ensure all information and documentation is collected

* Match properties with applicants

* Arrange viewings

* Take photos of properties for marketing

* Liaising with the property management team

* Keep updated on the market

* Work with all branches on possible business opportunities

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Previous lettings experience

* Knowledge of the local area/Surrey

* Must have a UK driving license

Salary & Benefits

* Circa £25,000

* OTE Circa £35,000
