We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to work across a variety of schools within the Dudley borough. This role involves delivering pre-set lessons without the need for planning or preparation. The ideal candidate will foster a supportive and positive learning environment, demonstrating excellent classroom management skills.

* Delivering engaging pre-planned lessons.

* Encouraging and motivating pupils to participate and learn.

* Maintaining good classroom behavior in accordance with school policies.

* Collaborating with school staff and adapting to different school environments seamlessly.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is mandatory.

* Ability to work effectively with KS1 and KS2 pupils.

* A positive and encouraging attitude to support students’ learning and confidence.

* Strong classroom management skills.

* Approachable, adaptable, and capable of building rapport with students and staff
