Bell Cornwall Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for a Barristers Clerk at a large city Barristers chambers. They are looking for a confident and motivated individual to join their Team.

Barristers Clerk responsibilities:

Daily diary management alongside the 1st Junior and Senior Clerk
Liaising with solicitors concerning market rate fees for potential jobs and barristers
Managing cases based on the availability of counsel and level of urgency
Maintaining chambers client database and assisting in the upkeep of the group's website
Managing emails and telephone enquiries, while working as part of the wider staff team, including chamber's clients, Court staff and other Bar Clerks

The ideal candidate will have:

1-2 years' experience within a Barrister's Clerk role
Working knowledge of Meridian Law Connected
Good interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external clients
Excellent time management and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
