Supply Chain Coordinator

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator, on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield.

This is a fantastic experience for an individual with previous Supply Chain experience or an Individual in the infancy of their Supply Chain career, looking to step up & develop.

Duties:

* Expediting & taking ownership of customer orders

* Providing quotations

* Gathering quotations from suppliers

* Placing orders with suppliers

* Supplier negotiations

* Utilising the ERP System when required

* Liaising with 3rd party transport companies

* Costing of jobs

* Negotiating with customers & suppliers

* Producing reports

* Managing customer expectations, ensuring all relevant departments are kept updated

* Processing Export paperwork in line with international standards

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a supply chain / Purchasing role

* Strong communication skills

* MS Excel

Salary – Circa £28k - £31k DOE
