Tradewind Recruitment are seeking confident, reliable individuals to join our team of Classroom Cover staff ('Cover Supervisors') across various secondary schools in Chesterfield. You don't need any formal teaching experience - just the ability to engage young people, to stay calm under pressure, and supervise a room of secondary-aged students.

What You'll Do:

Step into classrooms when teachers are away (work is already set for you)
Keep students focused, engaged, and on task
Manage behaviour - following the school's behaviour policy
Support students in their learning and maintain a calm, respectful environmentThis Role Is Ideal If You:

Have experience working with young people (sports coach, youth worker, camp leader, mentor, etc.)
Are confident leading a group and handling challenging behaviour
Want flexible work that fits your schedule
Are thinking about a future in teaching or education
The Role Is Even better If you:
Have a UK driving licence, and car
