Teaching Assistant - Wantage Details:

Location: Wantage, OX12
Position: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (08:30am - 3:30pm)
Contract: Temp to Permanent
Start Date: September 2024 (or ASAP)
Pay: £83.50 - £90 per dayAbout the Role: Join our dedicated team to support a diverse group of KS1/KS2 students in their classroom activities and development. Your role will involve assisting teachers with lesson delivery, supporting individual and small group learning, and contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support to students, including one-on-one assistance as needed
Help with planning and preparing learning materials
Support the Primary student behavioral and emotional needs
Assist in creating a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphereRequirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with students and colleagues
Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
