Role: DevOps Technical Support (RPA)

Location: Hybrid working (Home-based + Worcester 2/3 days per week)

Job Purpose

Working as a member of the Specialist Technical Support Team, you will be providing a high level of technical support. You will be supporting a DevOps environment so can expect to be investigating, diagnosing and resolving a broad range of escalated service desk tickets including RPA, (Blue Prism), Power Apps / Automate and M365 queries.

Experience:

3+ years in a technical support role, investigating, diagnosing and resolving technical support issues
Exposure to RPA, (specifically Blue Prism), builds as well as exposure to MS Power Apps and MS Power Automate
Broad M365 technical support experience.
Substantial experience in problem solving, solutions development and system management.
Complex issue triage, problem investigation and coordination to closure including major incidents.
Ability to drive complex application recoveries in a high-pressured environment
