The Caretaker will:

Act as a key holder
Cleaning offices
Cleaning Common Areas
Setting up for required events
Lock up premises and set alarms
The Ideal Caretaker will be:

A team player with a positive attitude
Be reliable and trustworthy
Be comfortable locking up the premises alone
