As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the community manager in organising events and activities, training, and fostering a highly social and engaged workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the manager in the following
Develop and execute community strategies to enhance engagement and foster a sense of belonging among community members.
Plan and organise community events to facilitate networking and collaboration.
Cultivate relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partners to strengthen the community ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community efforts with organisational goals and objectives. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related field.
Proven experience in community management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics tools. experience with using Manhattan system would be an advantage.
