Our restaurant is an intimate, 50-seat venue spread across two floors, known for its exquisite cuisine and impeccable service. You’ll manage a small, dedicated team of 5 and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, maintaining the highest standards in both service and food quality.
Key Details:
* Position: Restaurant Manager
* Salary: £40,000 per annum
* Hours: Dinner service only from Tuesday to Thursday, with extended service on Friday and Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday, offering a great work-life balance.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional service.
* Support the GM to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Uphold the highest standards of quality in both service and food.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a seamless guest experience.
* Provide hands-on support during service to ensure every guest leaves delighted.

* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, ideally in a fine dining environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
