We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a fast-paced dealership in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the Service and Parts departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction
Setting, managing, and exceeding performance targets, aligning with business goals and fostering individual and departmental success
Ensuring all processes and procedures adhere to company standards and industry best practices
Reporting to the Head of Business, taking full P&L responsibility for the Aftersales division and contributing to the overall business strategy
Developing and implementing targeted campaigns to capitalise on commercial opportunities within specific market sectorsWhat We're Looking For:

A proven track record in Aftersales management within a car dealership environment
Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and drive high levels of performance
Excellent organisational and time management skills, leading by example
A results-driven mindset with a focus on enhancing efficiency and customer experienceWhat's on Offer:

A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum with an OTE of £80,000
