EXPERIENCED DEPOT MANAGER / TRANSPORT OPERATIONS GENERAL MANAGER REQUIRED TO MANAGE SERVICES FOR AN ESTABLISHED COMPANY

TITLE: Depot Manager – General Waste Transport Operations

SALARY: £50-60,000 plus Car or Allowance, Pension, Bonus & Benefits

LOCATION: Leicestershire

ROLE: Depot Manager – General Waste Transport Operations

Initially you will manage a fleet of vehicles
You will be responsible for drivers and a depot support team
You will have responsibility for P&L and financial performance of the operation
You will strive to deliver an engaged workforce
You will deliver effective cost control

EXPERIENCE: Depot Manager – General Waste Transport Operations

You will have experience managing transport depot operations and a team of drivers (unionized would be ideal)

You will ideally have experience delivering a large volume collections and deliveries per route in a local area, rather than single drop A to B / long haul transport operations

CPC in Road Haulage is Essential

Other beneficial (but non-essential) Qualifications: IOSH, NEBOSH, COTC / WAMITAB

Experience Managing P & L or budget management experience
