The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a world-renowned company with a well-established team in Bristol. You'll lead projects across sectors including residential, commercial, arts & leisure, and education.

With surveying expertise spanning from director to junior level, you will be joining an established and amiable team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

A RICS accredited degree qualification
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in UK Construction Consultancies
MRICS is highly desirable or working towards chartership
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
Confident in client meetings
Capable of managing multiple projects from inception to completion
Leadership and team management skills
Full, clean driving license (desirable)What's on offer?
