Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including project accounting and management accounts.
* Drive change management initiatives and contribute to system improvements.
* Prepare and present management accounts to the board on a monthly basis.
* Conduct strategic financial analysis to assess and enhance customer and project profitability.
* Build and lead a finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving culture.
* Assess current financial processes and implement improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Provide added value through insights and recommendations that support business growth.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in a financial leadership role, preferably within the technology sector.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Cost accounting for the service industry
* Fleet management experience highly desirable
* Commercially driven, with a focus on value addition and strategic analysis.
* Achievement-oriented and stable, with a track record of bridging the gap between finance and the rest of the business in a collaborative approach.
* Excellent communication skills
