Our client is looking for a new Ops/Small Works Manager to be based at a large Univeristy Hospital. This role is based on Site Monday – Friday in Tooting Broadway, managing a Total team on site of 16. This person would be responsible for all reactive and extra works on site, Liaising with the Contract Manager and Compliance manager to utilise the direct labour and engage with supply chain to deliver works!

Site details:

* 500 halls of residence and laboratories across the site.

* Contract is 2 years in so far

* Very Busy site with lots going on each day

* High volume of plumbing and mechanical jobs.

* 700+ reactive helpdesk calls per month
