We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrator to join a dynamic team for our Wolverhampton client. The sucessful candidate will contribute to the smooth functioning of the daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing correspondence, preparing documents, reports, and presentations, and maintaining records.
Arranging travel and accommodation for consultants, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions.
Scheduling and organising team meetings, client meetings, or events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Coordinating and managing consultants' schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and ensuring equipment is in working order.
Acting as a point of contact for client communications, responding to inquiries, and relaying messages to the team.
Processing invoices, managing expense claims, and supporting budget tracking.
Maintaining and updating databases or project files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Experience:

Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with arranging travel is a plus
