Salary/Benefits: £28k - £50k + Benefits
We are seeking a professional Water Treatment Sales / Account Manager, with a strong history of working within the industry, to manage and grow company revenue from Client accounts. The company is a busy Water Treatment outfit, in the South East of England, with a diverse and growing portfolio of Client contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and hardworking attitude and an excellent Client-facing manner. They are offering competitive salaries and packages for successful applicants.
Ideally, you will be located near: Harlow, Epping, Cheshunt, Chigwell, Enfield, Borehamwood, Harrow, Wembley, Hatfield, St Albans, Harrow, Wembley, Luton, Harpenden, Hitchin, Dunstable, Potters Bar, Biggleswade, Welwyn Garden City, Letchworth Garden City, Royston, Buntingford, Bishop's Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Chelmsford.
Experience / Qualifications:
- You will have established experience working for a well-established Water Treament Company, as a Sales / Account Manager
- Must be well-versed in ACOP L8, HSG and HSE guidelines
- Ideally will have industry related training / qualifications such as City & Guilds Cleans & Disinfections
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to successfully manage Client communications
- Strong written ability
- High IT proficiency
The Role:
- You will be looking after a range of Steam Boiler, Cooling Tower and Closed System Client accounts
- Managing revenue streams and identifying areas for further growth and implementing plans to increase business from both existing and new Clients
- Being the first port of call for Clients, answering any technical and account queries
- Upselling existing company services to Clients
- Attending site visits with Clients to establish contractual requirements and keep updated on projects
- Ensuring engineers and site staff are working efficiently and to a high standard as well as in line with industry guidelines
- Writing detailed reports and reporting back to the operations and management teams
- Maintaining personal knowledge and understanding of changes to industry guidelines and operations
- Being flexible to travel as per company requirements
