Situated in the dynamic community of Telford, our secondary school seeks an experienced and compassionate Behaviour Manager to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in guiding and supporting our students towards making positive behavioural choices.

The Role

As the Behaviour Manager, you will lead initiatives to promote good behaviour and address behavioural issues within the school. You will work closely with students, teachers, parents, and senior leadership to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Oversee and support staff in managing classroom behaviour.
Conduct assessments and create personalised behaviour plans for students.
Lead training sessions for staff on behaviour management techniques.
Monitor and track behavioural incidents, producing regular reports for senior leadership.
Facilitate restorative practices to resolve conflicts and rebuild relationships.
Act as a role model, promoting the school's ethos and values.

Qualifications and Experience:

A relevant qualification in education, psychology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and restorative practices.
