We are looking for a Plumber to join our team, delivering bathroom fitting and planned works within social housing properties in Andover. This is a permanent contract with a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum.

Plumber Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of plumbing work, including bathroom installations, pipework repair, and maintenance.
Attend and resolve various planned plumbing tasks in occupied properties, ensuring efficient service.
Work on bathroom fitting projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship and minimal disruption for tenants.
Prepare and refurbish void properties, making them ready for new tenants.
Basic knowledge of tiling, carpentry, or other trades is desired but not essential.
Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.
Plumber Requirements:

Experience in plumbing, preferably within the social housing sector.
Must have your own tools.
Full clean UK driving license.
Plumber Role Benefits:

Salary: £34,000 per annum.
Tool allowance & Flexible benefits pot: Up to £800 annually.
