Project Coordinator – Civils & Construction
Based in Hessle
Monday to Friday - 0800am - 17:00pm
Salary - £26K - £40K
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the coordination of civil engineering projects, working across civil engineering and building projects. This role will be split between technical tendering and on-site coordination, ensuring projects run smoothly from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate on-site teams and liaise with design and site teams.
*
Support technical tendering by reviewing and compiling pre-construction quality submissions.
*
Assist with technical queries from clients, pulling information from past projects.
*
Work closely with the Technical Manager to address design and site-related issues.
*
Engage with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
*
Support the delivery of multiple projects at any time, typically ranging between £2M - £10M in value.
Ideal Candidate:
*
Background in civil engineering or construction, with exposure to groundworks, drainage, steelwork, footings, roads, or foundations.
*
Strong organisational skills to coordinate teams and manage multiple projects.
*
Ability to work in both technical and on-site environments.
*
Strong communication skills to liaise with design teams, site managers, and contractors.
*
Eager to develop and grow within a fast-paced construction environment.
