Experienced Construction Site Manager requried for an Industrial/Commercial Units refurbishment / fit out project in LS18 Leeds.
Must hold valid Managers CSCS Card, SMSTS Certification and in date 1st Aid Certification.
Working on an existing building having a complete overhaul this role would be suited to a candidate who has interior fit out experience, comes from a trades background and has a strong record of all trades management.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the full fit out process, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Manage Subcontractors, trades and suppliers on site.
Ensure Health + Safety Compliance at all times.
Perform on site inductions / risk assessments and method statements.
Monitor project progress, quality and deadlines.
Conduct regular site meetings and liase with stakeholders.
Problem solve and ensure any issues are resolved efficiently.
Prgramme of works 12 Months / 45 Hours per week over Monday to Friday but must be flexible with regards to any required overtime.
