Refuse Technician

Competitive Basic Salary dependent on experience up to £51,870 p.a.
Day time hours Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm & Saturdays (1 in 2 worked) 7.00am to 12.00pm.
Overtime available at time+half – you need to be flexible towards working overtime to be a part of and offer support to your workshop team members.
Use of a Company Van form Day One & Fuel Card provided too.We are currently seeking a Refuse Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive family run Business based in the Brentwood area.

The successful Refuse Technician can expect a salary of up to £51,870 with OTE of circa £60,000 with working hours of Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm & Saturdays (1 in 2 worked).

Our Client is looking for a Refuse Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties of a Refuse Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:

Servicing, repair and Maintenance of refuse collection vehicles
Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
Completion of MOT preparationRequirements of this Refuse Technician vacancy:

Previous working experience within the role
Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Excellent mechanical knowledge
