We are seeking an experienced General Manager for our client based in Loughborough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations across production and dispatch, with a particular emphasis on chemical products. They will oversee the warehousing department and manage staff to ensure smooth operations in the packing department. A strong background in the chemical industry, either through experience or qualifications, is essential. Familiarity with ADR regulations and the transportation of dangerous goods is required, along with experience in ISO-regulated environments.

Salary + Working Hours

* Monday to Friday, with flexibility required.

* Competative Salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing day-to-day operations across production, dispatch, and warehousing.

* Overseeing staff and ensuring efficient workflow in the packing department.

* Ensuring compliance with ADR regulations, experience with the transportation of dangerous goods.
