Our client is looking for a new Project Manager to oversee some of their new projects that have been secured.

The responsibilities are to take a project from design stage and direct the project team of designers, engineers, site supervisors and sub contractors.

The role requires the candidate to have a technical and commercial experience to ensure the projects are delivered safely, to budget and on time.

Training:

* SMSTS

* CSCS Card Black

* First Aid

* A levels

Experience/Roles:

* Proven experience in running small to medium size contracts

* HVAC experience

* Self Motivation and Independent

* It Skills Excel, Project and Word

* Good interpersonal and communication skills

* Carrying out risk assessments and method statements

* Attending progress and programme meetings

* Monthly commercial applications

* Issuing technical submittals in co-operation with the design team

* Monitoring sub-contractors

* Quality control
