The business sell Womenswear Fashion product across, dresses, causal, swimwear, Shoes, Accessories etc. Through there collaborator model and in-house garment design, we create unique collections for all occasions.

Description

You the Merchandiser - Fashion will take ownership of the Critical path for your area to ensure that the stock arrives in time for launch, proactively seeking solutions for any issues which may.
You will work closely with logistics & the warehouse team to ensure a smooth transition of stock from supplier to site.
Review & monitor daily/weekly sales proactively making trading decisions such as rebuys, markdowns & promotional plans.
Work closely with other functions across the business to implement trading actions such as buying & marketing.
Our products are critical to our success, you will work with our buying & design team to range build and sign off new collections that are commercial and on brand.
You will report directly into the Senior Merchandiser & deputise for them in their absence.
You will manage a team of Assistant Merchandisers & Merch Admins, working with them to mentor and provide support to ensure they deliver on daily tasksProfile

Ideally, you will have worked in a fast fashion business or similar
You'll enjoy the energy of a high-volume environment
You'll be organised with sharp attention to detail
You'll be analytical, with the ability to solve problems quickly
You'll have strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.Job Offer
