They are looking for an experienced Design Manager who is hands on with Archicad who can support their great design team that is already in place.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Main contractor experience is essential

* Experience across variety of sectors

* Ability to lead, chair and influence multi party teams and stakeholders

* Good interpersonal skills including, communication and team building

* Full working knowledge of Traditional and Modern Methods of Construction

* Technical skills and the ability to use design and project management software

* Problem solving skills and creative thinking

* Attention to detail, Organisation and time management

* Ability to draw & read drawings

* Commercial awareness like budgeting and regulations

* Teamworking, relationship-building and influencing skills

* Client management skills

The ideal candidate must have worked on bespoke High End Residential Grade Listed Projects, must have a keen eye for detail
