Our client based in County Durham are looking for an experienced Technical Surveyor to work within domestic properties around the Grimsby and Boston area.

Job description:

* To produce a high quality PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessment in line with current accreditation guides.

* Have a general understanding of ECO and the requirements of ECO funding.

* Completing Energy Performance Reports.

* Completing Technical ECO Surveys on ASHP's.

* To liaise with installation teams and customers on findings.

* Make recommendations based on assessment findings.

Person specification:

* Minimum of DEA Accreditation & PAS 2035 and Retrofit Assessment accreditation.

* Must have a full UK driving license.

* Must be qualified with one of the approved member bodies (Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK etc).

* Must have experience carrying out surveys on ASHP's.

* Strong technical knowledge of energy efficient measures.

* Good attention to detail.

* Strong communication skills.

* Flexible, positive approach to work.

* Computer literate.

*Price is paid per completed job.

* Please note this role requires regular travel between Berwick and Teesside. A company van and fuel card will be provided
