Major Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our laser fabrication business in Nottingham.

Salary + Working Hours:

* £30,000 - £50,000+ per annum (negotiable depending on skill set and experience) + Commission Structure (DOE)

* Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 16:00

Key Responsibilities:

* Use CRM systems to manage and track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline development.

* Maintain and grow existing client accounts by building strong relationships and understanding their needs.

* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotiations and proposals to potential clients.

* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

* Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues

* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.

* Experience in selling fabrication, metal, or laser business is highly desirable.

* Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.

* Strong negotiation and closing skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
