Pub chef required for a pub/Bar in the SW1 area of London which currently serves burger & Chips, Chicken & Chips, sharing boards and they are looking to start serving a brunch style on a weekend. They are looking for a chef who can create a new menu & also create a brunch menu. This is a small kitchen, the person will be running the kitchen with 1 other chef. This role is of a Sous chef level and salary £36k + service of around £600 (47k package)

The role
As the main chef / sous chef we are looking for a candidate who can work in the kitchen, using fresh food. Currently food is served on a evening and is fairly basic pub food, they are looking for this person to launch a brunch menu for the weekends and also to create a new menu as well. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.

Expeirence
We are looking for a chef at a sous chef from a fresh food background, who can use rustic presentation skills, both main plates and small plates. You will be organised, able to work in a small kitchen and good hygiene knowledge. You will be a current sous chef or a junior sous chef ready for a sous chef role.
