We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, mainly focusing on surfacing projects on highway civil engineering works. This vacancy has been created due to increasing workload and number of non-framework contracts coming through. NEC4 contract experience is crucial to this role.

Commercial lead for multiple Surfacing schemes and frameworks operating in the South East reporting directly to the commercial manager.
• Monitoring of costs & maximising value
• Managing key Supply Chain Partners accounts and subcontracts
• Preparation of cost/value information for periodic/monthly reporting requirements
• Prepare accurate forecast with contracts managers for budget setting
• Financial assessments through to final accounts
• SCP sub-contract order preparation & assisting with procurement
• Responsible for change management and valuation of change
• Other duties that may be required as part of the commercial function.

NEC4 contract experience is crucial to this role.
BSc Hons degree in Quantity Surveying
