Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Birmingham.

What the job will be doing

* Staff management with strong capability to lead and mentor

* Experience in project managing capital works from start to finish

* Experience in managing damp, mould and disrepair cases

* Ability to diagnose defects and provide solutions

What you will need

* Experience in managing contractors performance delivering building works at a project level.

* Have strong understanding of maintenance services within social housing sector

* Understanding of current building legislations
