Astute's Nuclear team is collaborating with the leading provider of sealing solutions for cable and pipe transits to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for its Bury office.

Responsibilities and duties

Manage incoming enquiries through incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
Process and supply quotations and basic technical documentation.
Order processing through an ERP system.
Aftersales and logistics- ensuring the customer receives the goods within the agreed timeframe.
Invoicing and credit control process- communicating both verbally and via email to ensure payment is made within the agreed timeframe.
Work with internal and external sales teams to ensure the customer journey is smooth and the customer experience is above expectations.
General office duties.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

· Experience in using an ERP system.

· Ability to use Microsoft office programs.

· Computer literate.

· Excellent time management skills.

The Customer Service Advisor role would suit someone who has:

Proven ability to work as part of a close team.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and oral).
Ability and confidence to prepare and present solutions and strategies to groups of co-workers, clients or prospects.
Desire to grow within a growing company.
